Single Family Gas Incentives
Energize CT recently released new rebate information on Single Family Gas Furnace replacement incentives. Here is the information you should know to assist your customers in choosing the most cost-effective options.
Only customers replacing an inefficient non-condensing furnace with a new high efficient condensing furnace are eligible to receive rebates.
Existing equipment verification is required. Please contact the inspection vendor for your utility to schedule a virtual or -on site inspection prior to replacing the existing equipment.

What is the Rebate Process?
Step 1 – Prior to purchase, confirm your system qualifies for rebates with your HVAC contractor or by checking the ENERGY STAR website.

Step 2 – Complete the 2023 Residential Natural Gas Boiler and Furnace Rebate application and mail it to the address on the rebate form.
Financing is Available
Home Energy Solutions℠ (HES) participants may qualify for 0%, fixed-rate loans of $1,000 to $3,000. Eversource and UI customers can make loan payments through their utility bill.
If you’re a Connecticut resident and a residential customer of UI or Eversource you could be eligible. To participate, you must own and occupy a single-family home or a multifamily home up to four units, including condos. Vacation homes also qualify.
To qualify for financing, your home improvements must be recommended through the Home Energy Solutions program and be installed by an approved contractor.
