Constraints of bulky and unattractive split systems are replaced with 3ft x 3ft in-the- wall heating and cooling, ducted systems, in its own closet, freeing up valuable space, expanding design freedom, and preserving the integrity of the architectural vision for the site. This made it the optimal choice for the Beacon when it came to their design with a rooftop lounge.
With virtually no exposure to the elements there is reduced wear and tear on the system. The front access to all repairable parts paves the way for simpler maintenance saving thousands in mainteance repair over the life of the system. Each individually metered system blends into any environment and offers residents self-comfort control throughout the year.
Magic Pak® louvers are designed to protect the internal components from weather and debris. They also add to the aestheic appearance of the building. Custom colors and finishes are available for polypropylene and extruded aluminum louvers. Unique solutions for custom applications can also be engineered and impact resistant louvers are available for extreme weather conditions.
A wall sleeve is required for every Magic Pak installation. It provides an accurate opening during construction and is compatible with wood frame, cement block, poured concrete or metal stud walls, streamlining the installation floor to floor. They install in half the time saving multiple hours per unit. This can cut weeks out of your total construction schedule. Faster installation leads to faster building occupancy.
